Great service while waiting on the Coast Starlight. Very comfortable seating , quiet , clean and good amenities .
Big sign by departure tracks makes no mention of the location. It took a sweet homeless man to tell me you have to go past the Budget desk, hang a left, & take the elevator to the 2nd Floor
This is a very nice Amtrak lounge (as compared to NYP and WAS). WiFi didn't work for me but the bathroom was clean and the snacks plentiful!
Nice to have tv , a/c, clean restrooms , snacks , beverages & wifi when you ride Amtrak Business Class or Sleep Car best way 2 go... A Union Station needed it

It's nice to have free wi-fi while you wait for your train . Bathrooms are kind of clean but filled with lots of weird guys.
Gabriel is horrible Amtrak employee he likes closing early & asked one of my friends if he was disabled and what his disability is

If you are here for happy hour drinks leave now and go down to the bar in the lobby. They have a better selection and its cheaper. - Brad B
