Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts

Beautiful inside while waiting in line . What they did behind the walls here is absolutely amazing. It is an exact replica of the town . And the ride is worth the wait in line

Most of the wait is indoors and well worth it. My husband put our bags in the locker, then got on the single riders line . We were moving at about the same pace. Eventually we met up.

The queue is spectacular, and the animatronic goblins are truly lifelike. I love this ride because it is a perfect mix of simulator (which I hate) and mild roller coaster .

Really enjoyed the blended coaster/3D ride. Even the line leading to it was full of fun touches like animatronics and living photos.

I love Harry Potter. Its a great ride. 3D is perfect, scenes and story are great. Just lacks something that the original Harry Potter ride has. Don't wait in a long line .

This was the only ride we took multiple times. The building looks amazing getting to the ride, the little bits before the main ride were fun, and the ride itself is absolutely amazing. So much fun!

Dragon spots fire every 10 minutes. Many things to see in line prior to the ride. Head down to the vaults, and try to get out. Top 3 ride in the park .

Be ready to wait, though I would say is the most comfortable waiting line . Lots of fans and mist along with the natural breeze, also the outside waiting is mostly covered.

Sit in the back if you can. Yes, the BACK... The illusion is much more real from the rear car. The front is actually too close to the screens and some of the experience is lost.

Fun but short ride. Worth an hour wait at most. Hogwarts is more fun until they fix the kinks on this one. Broke down 5+ times the day I went in August 2014. (Including the time I was on the ride!)

I don't want to be redundant but it's awesome. If you are a HP fan you gotta visit the attraction one day. I felt like I was in the movie . Magical.

This ride is a simulator with elements of a roller coaster . Back rows provide more of a thrill at the very beginning. 95% 3D effects and 5% coaster.

Fun ride ! The graphics are amazing and the story plot is fun to follow! Hint: this ride explains the dragon you see in Diagon Alley

Really fun immersive ride! Waiting in line isn’t so bad when you have fun details the help tell the story as you go!

Really fun ride that is perfect for fans and non fans alike. Get a fast pass though or be waiting for hours.

Very detailed display of the Harry Potter world and real fans will love this ride also but I guess I am just not a real fan... ????

Pretty awesome with realistic simulations , fog, fast ride and deep falls. Just lasts very short . Line is very long, but goes fast and worths to wait.

Amazing theming. The attention to detail in Gringotts is fantastic. The ride itself is somewhat short .

Came at 8:00 today, wait was 75 mins. Amazing ride, worth the wait and the attention to detail, the goblins look so real. The best overall ride experience in universal .

It's worth it to wait in the line for the ride. I did single riders and you miss all the amazing decor and it isn't a faster way to get on the ride.

On busy days, the Express Pass riders completely take over the ride. As a result, they shutdown the Single Rider lane and send normal ticket holders as single riders.

This is great, but not as good as the castle ride. Still, you can't help but be impressed by the decor, the lifelike animation, the almost-real goblins, and the ride itself.

We came at 8 in the morning & it was a 4 hour wait! At 1:00 it went down to 140 minutes & we went as single riders since the line was shorter, but you miss walking through the bank if you do this.

Started to feel like the goblins were watching me as I waited in the ride queue... The ride itself is a fast moving roller coaster , leave your bags in the locker provided!

The Q is very long (No express pass line !) , try to do this ride at the beginning of the day when you still have energy and can endure the wait.

Save yourself the 90 minute wait and skip it for the one simulator ride in Hogsmead, it is way better! The queue for this ride is amazing art form though.

Absolutely fantastic, even waiting in the queue is an experience. Highly recommended.

The newest edition to the Harry Potter World. It boasts big technological advances but loses the intimate feel of Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.

Much less nauseating than the ioa Harry Potter ride. Be sure you put all loose articles in a locker. They will send you back.

Awesome ride with incredibly cool stuff to see while you wait in line !

Made me look up the story. I had to watch the movie . Stupendous artwork. Life like characters. Worth every minute

fun ride , regular line intro is nice, but incredibly long most days so if you take the single rider line you tend to miss things

If you are a Harry Potter fan go!!! They made a perfect copy of the gringotts bank and the simulation is very cool

They did a great job on this ride but I like the original ride at Islands of Adventure better. Just my opinion

If you stay at resort and can get early access come here first. The lines get extremely long later in the day

Most incredible ride ever, and I've been on a lot of rides. Wait was a little over 1 hr.

The better of the two Potter themed rides. Is a good coaster and worth the wait.

They’ll try to push safety bar down till you can’t breath, but don’t let them. If the ride gets stuck and it does all the time, you’ll thank me

There's no denying the walk through Gringgott's is awesome. But, the ride falls far short of expectations. Hogwarts Castle ride (in IoA) is much better.

There's a single rider line that can help cut down on the wait, but you must experience the queue when the lines are down.

There’s an entrance to the lockers area inside the gift shop . It’s faster and less crowded .

Great ride with excellent special effects. A bit short though. Line is usually very long (90-150 minutes).

A roller coaster combined with a 3-D screen? Truly magical!

OMG, you can't feel anymore closer to the action of the movie . Marvelous!

Don't worry if it stops, they'll let you ride it again right after! Always the friendliest staff .
