Ronda Marina (seafood platter ): $30 (with tax); ceviche , fried seafood (jalea) & seafood rice (arroz con camarones ). Prices are steep: almost everything on the menu is $18 and up, not just seafood
The seafood rice was uninspiring - like a significantly less tasty version of paella & served with 2 types of corn kernels: soft & big & crispy . Neither was the usual corn you get elsewhere.
Fried seafood passable: shrimp , fish & squid , fried yuca (cassava ); plainly fried & decently crispy , served with 2 sauces: yellow, semi-creamy spicy sauce (ok) & bitter garlicky very spicy one (awful)
For the ceviche I could choose from fish , shrimp and/or octopus . I got a mix of all 3. It was reasonably fresh, though the shrimp was only acceptably fresh. It tasted ok.
