The restaurants at this hotel are the tops... Alyn Williams for Michelin-starred fine dining , Brasserie Chavot for a superb classic French menu, and Tsukiji Sushi for high-end Japanese
Very comfortable . Spacious suites . Elegant. Best for shoppers. Located in Mayfair . Not super close to the tube.
Fantastic location - very good dining rand bar . Poor TV channel selection. In section 'movies ' no relevant movie channels at all. Not acceptable for hotel this price class .
Nice quiet bar with expert staff and fantastic service. Great hideaway close to the hustle and bustle of London's busiest shopping streets.
One of the best luxurious hotels I’ve ever been to. Great service and kind staff . Breakfast was really delicious with a-lot of varieties and you even can have it in the room????
Perfect location, one star michelin breakfast , housekeeping tends to forget to clean up the room sometimes
My fav hotel in London, amazing location .. The service from the concierge and doormen - outstanding
Really 5 star !! How ?? Wifi is not free no coffee or tea not even water..Fat man at the reception needs attitude adjustment..room heater is blowing cool air thats making the room cool again how 5star
The hotel is very well located in between new bond street and regent street, its good when you're here for shopping.
One of the best hotel locations . Everything is excellent, except that there is no free wifi connection as other hotels provide. Very friendly staff .
Great location. Has the presence to be a great hotel but isn't. Service, rooms can be hit and miss given the prices.
The Polo Bar is great for cocktails , lively yet quiet enough for conversation.
Great location nice cosy lobby .. rooms are nice too . Its nice and quiet
Best hotel in Londom by far!!!! Best location, best service, best bar in London, cool people.
Great rooms, staff are really friendly and efficient
Top rank Michelin-starred Alyn Williams restaurant is simply superb...
It's hard to complain about the small rooms when everything else is great.
Nice bar nice drinks. The old fashion is amazing.
This Westbury Mayfair Hotel is located at convenient location.... Read more
Give it a miss so many nicer cooler places
Royal eggs with salmon - best breakfast ever.
Worse experience ever! WiFi out for 24 hours and counting. Staff doesn't care about customer service. Had to call 8 times to get feedback on WiFi question. Everything else is below average.
Nice location in Mayfair with 24 hour security
Mews of Mayfair is a great happy hour spot nearby - indoor/outdoor bar
Nice location, good ambience but too pricey . Fish and chips for £19?
Go to the bar , the polo lougne bar . Can't miss it
Stay out of this hotel and never trust house keeping. Your room is not safe. Also they are so mean. Especially Millian.
Best location!!!!
The real tip is that the good hairdryer is located in the desk drawer, of all places...
Open Wi-Fi, refreshing change for a London hotel
Bathroom is so small... No free wifi and breakfast not included at this price that's a shame...
the polo bar is great for an early evening glass of champagne .
Lovely hotel
poorly working wifi costs £8 per hour. broken faucet just fell off and injured me. built-in hair dryer that never actually makes your hair dry. but we really enjoyed Polo bar and in-room dining
Nice meeting rooms
nice hotel
Deluxe rooms are cosy although the bathroom is very small. Breakfast buffet is quite poor. The (expensive ) rates are for the great hotel location .
You can listen to the TV in the bathroom !!
Great Pub on Bruton Ally, The Guinea, try it out....
room size is exceptional small and bathroom not particularly spotless. a bit disappointed.
brasserie chavot , finest French food ...
The Worst hotel ever i stayed in. Some Staff were super rude and lots of issues in their rooms. Definitely wont go back to it.
The best concierge ever!
Kind of sucks that there is no tea and coffee making facilites in the rooms.
Doesn't have free Wi-fi
Good location, however hotel dry cleaning is awful, it ruins shirts every time, housekeeping is poor as well . Everything else is average.
Ok on a cheap deal but looking a little frayed
Not much. No free wifi not even in the bar & drinks start at £10:50 !!
Tiny room, horrible staff
ooops, its a 5*!!!!
Go here while it's still affordable. Tasting menu now £60 and some of the best food I've ever eaten! - Parm Star
One of my favorite hotels in London. Rooms are spacious, service is outstanding and accommodations are luxurious. - Alyssa
Amazingly comfortable beds and lovely rooms. Such caring reception with professional, kind Concierge staff who know all & put effort to get proper reservations, tix & tours. This is HOME in London - Tee
The afternoon tea at Amaranto was perfect - try the three kinds (English, Italian, & Vegetarian) if you could! - Maha
Best department store in London. Recommend the food hall as well. And if you go there half an hour before closing on sundays..a lot of the fresh deli foods (sushi/sandwiches/pies etc) are half price! - James K22
The best Peking duck in london! Fantastic dim sum also, definitely worth a visit! - Aman Uppal
Try international cuisine by selecting from a huge variety of foods and sweets. Also try carrot cake.!!! - Maria Dwmata
