The facility and the spa is exceptional, masseuses are professional, the attitude of the receptionist and the servant could be better.

The spa is absolutely amazing. Customer service is exceptional from check-in to checkout. The lunch is the perfect amount of food and you are treated like royalty.

Too cool for words. Great sanctuary in the middle of London. Top end facilities and masseuse . I had the 80m deep tissue . Came out with a new body!
