Love how peaceful it is in the morning and early afternoon. I hate crowd (especially these days) so avoiding it at night. Great area with excellent restaurants choice.

A new trendy place with beautiful architecture . There are various types of restaurants and coffee shops , though some of them aren't open yet.

A hipsters ’ favorite, the venue has a nice selection of food and beverage outlets. Come during the cooler months to see locals in action and enjoy a stroll.

If you want to make it more feasible you should have the restaurants validate the parking (free if you spend SR100) and if its the hoodlums who just hangout they will be forced to pay or stop coming
