The breads and rolls are great but the service sucks. The cashiers more concerned with conversations with friends than filling orders. Featured item on menu garlic chicken ... 30 to 45 minute wait grrr

SM Sucat branch has the WORST service ever. Water was served late, starter soup was never served, I had to go to the counter to ask for FORK, ordered rootbeer was never served. Will NEVER go back here
Burger Steak in this branch is Superb!!!
