Had the ‘usual’ buffet dinner which was not common at all. Top quality and delicious xcellent choice of fresh dishes ; especially fish choice was outstanding. Tried jellyfish and monk fish liver . WOW!

Couldn’t believe this hotel’s history 100years+ Great location which easy access to Myeongdong and Gwanghwamoon. Once you touch the room key in the elevator , automatically your floor is recognized.

Central location in downtown Seoul. Walking distance to many attractions . I was able to drop off my luggage a few days prior to checking in while I took a quick trip to Jeju-do.

Nice hotel ,great location,overpriced. Not allowed to use the spa and sauna facilities if you have tattoo . A 5 star, international hotel in the heart of a world class city . I found this very upsetting.

Use their clothes at the health club and save yours for another place and time. Great shower and bath area , especially if you like Japanese/Asian style baths.

Our arriving in Incheon, go to arrival exit by #5 counter and you can check in and get your hotel keys before leaving the airport . The KAL bus stop at the Westin!

The oldest hotel in Korea. Good location right in the middle of Seoul downtown. Parking lot is a bit tight.

Amazing location BUT!!!!! Very Very old rooms!!! And a bit small. Checked out immediately and moved to the Fourseasons hotel

An awesome 24 hour gym . The best I have seen in an hotel . Love this hotel best in Korea.

The gym here is top notch with a full lap pool with they give you a swim cap to boot.

Unless you’re in for a lavish buffet , there are at least 4 Starbucks, 1 Dunkin Donuts and 1 McDonald’s in less than 150m distance.

The Chinese restaurant on the ground floor is among the best in Seoul.

We were about to get in the pool and the attendant ran to us to give us head caps.

Customer service is excellent. However the cleanliness of the rooms for such a nice hotel was not up to par. Our 1st room had hairs all over the bathroom and the bed. Wouldn't expect this here
