New seats in most of the theaters, from what I can tell. They're trying to make it better. They also raised ticket prices to $10 (matinees are still $7).

$7 midnight premiers through the summer, or $9 for 3D. + Unlimited free popcorn and soda refills on night of premiers.

$7-9 for an adult ticket? That alone is worth it compared to $14 in the city . Not the cleanest or most hi-tech, fancy movie theater , but it's a neighborhood staple. Sit in the a/c, watch, and leave.

I love the matinee if you can swing the time. It's nice and cheap and then you can go to the Galaxy Comics store afterwards.

Convenience is key since it's right in Bay Ridge. It seems that they are finally starting to fix things including the women's bathroom which a month ago didn't even have a working hand dryer.

Theater 2 seats have been overhauled -- comfy , steeply inclined.

Decently priced movie theater that is walking distance from the R train . Recommended alternative for downtown.

For a bargain time, come to this cinema ($9) and bring your own food and beverage! So cheap ! Makes going to the movies feel worth it.

Decent spot to catch a flick . $9 a ticket which is awesome compared to now $14 at Sheepshead Bay . Nice to have in the neighborhood .

The quality of this theater is really low in terms of the environment, but at the same time the price is also low.

If you want snacks such as candy and chips , you're better off going to the comic book store next door. More options and cheaper.

'clean and friendly environment

Fairly terrible movie theater , but cheapest tix in town ($9), and didn't seem packed. Only had to ask 1 family to "will you please stop talking." Not bad for Brooklyn!

The movies are but is to much money for 1 ticket. They $10 for and my parents didn't gave me change.

Theater 8, brand new, best seats in Brooklyn

This used to be a gross theater, sticky floors & smelly seats, the whole nine. They've supposedly renovated most of it, but when 70% of its customers STINK and are slobs, you can't win.

The hobbit watching right now nice.

Pros: it’s cheap and conveniently located. Cons: it’s usually pretty filthy, frequently the movie starts with either no sound or no picture and the staff are often pathologically unfriendly.

Not like there's alot of theatre choices left & it is still cheaper....

You get what you pay for. Not terribly comfortable of clean ...
