Love the Singapore national library . Terrific collection of books and a wonderful environment

Children's storytelling session (English) : every Tuesday (3-3.30pm) & Thursday (7.30-8pm) for ages 4-6. Free admission .

They've got a wide selection of children's books . Especially good Sci selection for K and Pri sch levels. Better than the Marine Parade location which I normally frequent.

The floor's more comfortable than those hard small yellow and red chairs..but we can't sit on the floor,best is those comfy sofas , But those are limited. bad chair choosing design.uncomfortable.

The books are good but why are all the seats occupied with people who aren't even reading? Most of them are just sitting there on their mobile phones.

They only open from 11am, but its okie to do the book drop before that

There's an open scenic view area in the library . You can sit next to the windows & enjoy reading under natural lighting in the day against a backdrop of green tranquility.

If you need to charge your hand phone, do it via the laptop. Library do not allow handphone charging.

A good place to do research, not so crowded even on a Saturday evening

I can always trust this library to have one piece of good fiction to loan out. But I think the place needs air fresheners. desperately.

Please do not take up the seats just to sleep. There are other people who needs those seats more. Be considerate.

The fiction titles here are very limited. Check the online catalogue before visiting.

Kinda small

Been sitting my arse out. Very few big comfy chairs :(
