Fantastic feast for both the eyes and the tastebuds... Butcher 's heaven (and more) with a nice atmosphere. Beautiful crowd willing to get away from the mass of the Strip... MUST try while in Vegas !

Suckling pig & genuine Japanese A5 wagyu . Delicious and most unusual foie gras dishes...Foieffle (waffle w/ foie ), Foie s'mores , Foie wrapped in cotton candy . If you like foie gras , you must try it!

Hidden in the meats is the Jamon loin. A very meticulously prepared dish with a very well crisper skin and tender and juicy meat. Try it, you won't be disappointed

Katie Whalon

Great dinner spot inside the SLS Las Vegas resort . This place has such beautiful decorated plating, you won't want to eat it, but you will.

Joseph Marchetti

Service was amazing. Very interesting selection of food choices . Abu our server was very informative. We ordered Kobe , suckling pig , iberico and dessert everything was amazing

Michael Davidson

We all go to Vegas to be wowed. This now includes food in Vegas . For a few spins of the wheel you can have a meal you will NEVER forget by Chef Jose Andrés. A MUST DO!

Jason Bellows

Excellent in every way; decor, presentation, execution. Along with subtle nods and playful winks of molecular gastronomy , a terrific evening.

Stanley Kan

Order the traditional beef tartare and "Beefsteak " tomato tartare together and compare for a uniquely thought-provoking meal. Ingredients vs. Flavors vs. Textures vs. Components vs. Presentation?

Calvin Ting

A very memorable meal. Tasting menu is expensive but well worth it to try all their unique dishes. Particularly loved the A5 Wagyu and Jamón Iberico .

PureWow

Introducing the meat-flavored dessert we never knew we needed. (If savory cotton candy isn’t your thing, play it safe with the king crab legs .) Read more

Mike

So many choices. I suggest the live scallops . They serve other places in LV but this presentation and the flavor beats all the others

Kevin T

Mashed potato were probably 90% cream and sinfully delicious. Steak and suckling pig were both extremely well prepared. Such amazing food!!

Brian Quaresma

Fantastic. Best meal I have had in a long time. Get the croquettes . Perfection

Valentina Monte

Foie gras lollipops , Reuben , Jamon iberico , and rib eye made one of the best meals ever.

Connie Chiu

Best meal of my fucking life. Try the cotton candy foie gras , classic tartare , rack of lambs , and butter butter potatoes .

Ben Coffee

Really cool vibe, I love the contemporary 70s decor here. Great cocktails (and very stiff)

Katie Whalon

Great dinner spot inside the SLS Las Vegas. This place has such decorated plating, you won't want to eat it, but you will.

Passion Up is a 10, Sloppy José is a 10, lamb neck is a 10. You can't go wrong at this restaurant . José has done it again, bravo!

Tamir

Really excellent food and beautiful setting. If you have had some luck at the tables, splurge on the tasting menus .

Marcela St John

Must try while in Vegas ! It is all about the meat quality while dining in the most sophisticated ambiance!

Crystal Chiu

Good place for a wonderful dine...food is amazingly done....only disappointment is Desert Selection...

Albert Robbins III

The atmosphere, the food, the staff . Pleasure eating here was all mine. #thehappyhypocrite

Ben Barclay

Enjoyed the classic tartar , the vaca vieja, and wagyu — i.e. beef three ways.

Ricky Sherrill

Not sure what to call this place. It's a steakhouse with fun twist. Lots of different meats which are very flavorful.

Hans Van Lancker

Steaks are smaller than you'd expect even when you get the size they recommend. Main courses came out at all different times, up to 25 mins apart . Many menu options were not available. Disappointing.

Basil G

Choose whichever steak you want. Don’t miss the steak tartar

Stephanie Kua

Must get the foie gras cotton candy !

SPQR

Delicious stakes and great food overall. A little overpriced, but to be expected.

Tiffany Ng

Absolutely amazing restaurant ! Meat and tapas heaven!!

Jeremy Weitting

Incredible Brazilian Steakhouse . A must eat when visiting Vegas !!

Simple Foodie

Turbot , Octopus , Asparagus , Piquin Peppers

Manolo Gonzalez Miranda

The best restaurant in Las Vegas... just amazing

Nancy Ackenhausen

Chateubriand, beef carpaccio , caramelized banana ice cream

Albert Robbins III

The steak was amazing.

Peculiar Comedor

Terrible service and extremely overpriced menu. Spanish wines at about 8x market price. "Spanish" tapas were no better than the Bellagio brunch for ten times less. pretentious meal and poor experience

Linton Wong

Ask for Abu to be your server!

Maurizio Colella

Top! International!

Albert Robbins III

OMG the steak here is to die for.

Paige C

Really wasn’t impressed by the dishes here. The only things our table enjoyed were the mashed potatoes and one of the salads . Everything else was pretty bad.

Chiq

Very good food: drinks, entrées and steaks . Super slow service and high-priced. Won't go back until service is improved.

martín g

Food was mostly good (it's José Andrés after all), service was bad. Price was not justified

Silvia Aki

Comida maravilhosa, um dos projetos de Philippe Starck em Vegas. Acho que esse foi um dos poucos restaurantes da cidade com o carimbo de chef (José Andrés) que realmente vale a pena ????
