Fantastic feast for both the eyes and the tastebuds... Butcher 's heaven (and more) with a nice atmosphere. Beautiful crowd willing to get away from the mass of the Strip... MUST try while in Vegas !

Suckling pig & genuine Japanese A5 wagyu . Delicious and most unusual foie gras dishes...Foieffle (waffle w/ foie ), Foie s'mores , Foie wrapped in cotton candy . If you like foie gras , you must try it!

Hidden in the meats is the Jamon loin. A very meticulously prepared dish with a very well crisper skin and tender and juicy meat. Try it, you won't be disappointed

Great dinner spot inside the SLS Las Vegas resort . This place has such beautiful decorated plating, you won't want to eat it, but you will.

A very memorable meal. Tasting menu is expensive but well worth it to try all their unique dishes. Particularly loved the A5 Wagyu and Jamón Iberico .

Mashed potato were probably 90% cream and sinfully delicious. Steak and suckling pig were both extremely well prepared. Such amazing food!!

Passion Up is a 10, Sloppy José is a 10, lamb neck is a 10. You can't go wrong at this restaurant . José has done it again, bravo!

Really excellent food and beautiful setting. If you have had some luck at the tables, splurge on the tasting menus .

Enjoyed the classic tartar , the vaca vieja, and wagyu — i.e. beef three ways.

Not sure what to call this place. It's a steakhouse with fun twist. Lots of different meats which are very flavorful.

Steaks are smaller than you'd expect even when you get the size they recommend. Main courses came out at all different times, up to 25 mins apart . Many menu options were not available. Disappointing.

Terrible service and extremely overpriced menu. Spanish wines at about 8x market price. "Spanish" tapas were no better than the Bellagio brunch for ten times less. pretentious meal and poor experience

OMG the steak here is to die for.

Really wasn’t impressed by the dishes here. The only things our table enjoyed were the mashed potatoes and one of the salads . Everything else was pretty bad.

Very good food: drinks, entrées and steaks . Super slow service and high-priced. Won't go back until service is improved.
