The Arena Hotel

Don't expect anything super fancy but this is a cute little hotel at a reasonable cost . Huge jacuzzi tub for 2 and huge rooms. Great customer service. Will be staying here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Just a quick over night before a flight out of SJC. Rooms were very nice and staff was super friendly . Breakfast was good too!

Made reservation on wrong day and they had no problem changing and was 20 dollars cheaper. Beautiful room w/ jacuzzi bath for $65. Front desk staff Lino was very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

The rooms are nice; most have a mini fridge , microwave, and a big Jacuzzi . The free breakfast includes eggs w cheese , pancakes , French toast , sausage , cereals, pastries , but no fruit , nothing healthy.

Older with rooms that show their age a little, but a big room , jacuzzi tub , good unhealthy breakfast . Also a huge vanity mirror with a dozen lightbulbs. I think it's just seedy enough to be kinda hip .

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi bath tub and super comfy king bed! Friendly service too!

Never had an issue with service or cleanliness. Perfect to watch a Sharks game as it is within walking distance.

great hotel if you're looking for customer service horror stories or creepy people peeking into your room window. eesh

Noisy room with windows at railway direction. Breakfast is not recommended for everybody health.

Bring your own pillow .. Better yet, stay elsewhere

Horrible customer service, fire alarm went off (no fire) at 3 am and didn't stop going off for about 30 minutes..don't shower with the bathroom door open...the smoke alarm in your room will go off.

Its a snack , not dinner they offer. Don't be fooled.

Parking spaces are small. Take two!

there were no towels in our room...they brought us two...there is no pool...no bar ...
