Ho To Tai made it into the Michelin guide for HK, and no wonder - their noodles are delicious. Try the shrimp roe mixed noodle (ha ji lo mein ).
This place will change you definition of what noodles should be.
Shrimp roe with dry noodles !
Not filling but worth a try. Best noodles in the neighbourhood.
If you haven't had enough, you could buy the dried noodles to take home.

エビ の卵 のフレークがかかった麺 がお勧めです。あっさり して美味しい。物足りない場合は醤油 をかけてどうぞ。
樓上座位比較鬆動，樓下太暗。
伊麵確實係吃過最好的。
It is a very simple place as it only has 牛丸，牛腩 or mix of both to choose from but it is still my favorite 牛丸麵 place in yuen long^^ Simple is perfect!! - Anna T
