Apple Washington Square

The store is always a zoo in the middle of the day. Most of the roaming sales people don't know much about the products other than what you can read on the price tags. Genius Bar guys know the details

Wondering why your new Apple Product is taking so long to be in stock or be shipped? It's because there are 5-10 display models in each of their hundreds of stores for people to play with.

So much better than the downtown store! They are great at this store and help in any possible !

This maybe the luck of who you get to service you but this store sucks. Out of stock of the watch and pods I was after and a really poor attitude in trying to help

I've consistently received the best service from the staff at this location. Set up an appointment before coming in to save time!

The Genius Bar has it's first Sunday morning appointment at 9:15 - the mall is empty so it is a great time to be there.
