If u want luxurious hotel in miami, this is the place to be! Spacious and clean rooms and the decor is very nice! The staff are very friendly . Would def stay here again!!

I've been traveling to Miami for years and my most recent trip was the best b/c I stayed at the Viceroy. The decor is very chic , the amenities abundant and the service impeccable.

Half of building is for hotel and other part is for private apartments . Enjoy beautiful pool on the 15 th floor. And don t forget to ask for a room with balcony !

Watch out for the maids/staff they have very sticky fingers.

The Fitness Centre is well-equipped, so exercising here will be great. South Beach is also just 15 minutes' drive away and the staff can help you arrange you trip there.

Great pool area with incredible views ! Decor of this hotel is a miss for Miami - dark and dated (sorry, Kelly). Friendly staff but uncoordinated service. Small spaces. For the money, stay elsewhere.

Really friendly staff and great rooms. The WiFi is a tad unreliable and not that fast.

The spa is a must do when visiting Brickell

The staff is incredibly friendly and so professional. Cafe Icon makes the best pesto chicken panini , and the views will sweep you off your feet.

MIA [Relax] The deep tissue massage at the spa is to die for!

Avoid the outrageous $36+ valet parking and park across the street in the garage for $17 daily max. Another plus: they won't break into your car.

Why is the bathroom door see through but nothing else is? Otherwise a great room.

I didn't understand the theme...what look are they going for?? The staff/service was good at times, very slow at other times. Overall, a good experience...not worth the money, in my opinion.
