This Wendy's is terrrible! They take forever to fulfill orders & my chicken is always burned. Do yourself a favor & drive a couple minutes further - go to the one on Erie & Bridge . They're excellent!
Very convenient...i work in east syracuse and live in camillus (which has no wendys) so i pick up on my way home.
This location has gone steadily downhill over the years.

Horrible service everytime I go here...I recommend taking the extra 2 minute drive to the Wendy's on Bridge & Erie.
Don't go here.. They don't wash there hands, slow on the orders and mess up orders. Drive to bridge
If you want your food in a decent amount of time, don't come here! My salad took 11 minutes!
You always have to wait for your food here. Worst fast food place ever!!
