Beautiful beach . Great playground , lots of picnic areas , an tide pools . Beach itself is short and rocky. Not ideal for sand castles or being barefoot. Waves very minimal.
This is the best Beach for families - check out the playgrounds and picnic areas before settling in near the ocean! Tide-pools allow for crab/lobster hunting during low tide - fun for kids !
So many ways to enjoy this beach : grassy area , shade trees , sand, rocks, a jetty, and a view of 2 lighthouses . There is also a bath house , and picnic tables and grills!
One of my favorite places to go, enjoy the scenery and just relax on the whole coast - wonderful!
