New, clean , great service, great room layout. Top of my list for Cleveland if I return for anything.
Great hotel with Starbucks and GIANT head in it. WiFi could be better, valet parking is $30
Check the air/heat. I arrived and room was 60 in February. Somewhere between 1-2am heater finally kicked on and sounded like an air compressor running all night. Great view though.
Super stylish rooms, with updated and beautifully tiled showers , on the Club level at least. Like a W without the bullshit.
Miss you already Cleveland! Came back for @WWE SummerSlam 2024 and it was amazing being back! Seriously I missed being home.

The staff is great except for the valet staff . The level of professionalism escapes them.

Crumbs and stains on the couch , check in lady seemed stoned, outdated old decor. Neighborhood was abandoned for several blocks each way. But the Lake Eerie view was nice.

My wife had the Cleveland Polish Boy, I had the Orval Bison Burger. Both were EXCELLENT! If you get fries/frites ask for some chipotle ketchup, it's delicious! - Vaughan Spencer
Progressive Field was quite a surprise to us. It was wonderful to be here watching the game. The Club Lounge tickets include an all you can eat option thatwas very good. Loved the seats and the option - Diane Wonch
