I will drive from downtown Seattle to have lunch here. Shhhh....don't tell anyone how warm and quiet it is....One of favorite spots. Rotating menu based on location themes. Awesome food and staff !

Craig Larsen

I like taking my father here for breakfast . Very friendly staff , and patient. Judging by the decor, they are huge Brazilian soccer fans. Leave your Argentinian jersey at home:-)BTW, the food is great!

Danette Susanne

The themed menu changes often and it's not just the menu - the entire place will have decor and art to match and makes it feel like you're in another world.

Aaron Mcmasters

They make an effort to change the decor - so for example on a rainy December day you might find it festive to sit at the bar and have a beer and something to soak it up.

Sabrina S.

The coffee cake is always a sure bet. While the flavor changes regularly, it's always delicious.

Zaii

If you ever see plantains , try them! Menu changes based on current theme. I think the plantains were baked or fried. If I could get them regularly, I'd probably triple my dining out budget.

John Gilbert

Love their themed menu based on different regions that changes every few months.

Andrew Wong

The food is not too bad, although it is contingent on what’s on the menu for the quarter, but the regular menu is dependable and the booze is reasonably priced.

Andy Wood

Used to be the primo destination for brunch in W Seattle but after replacing their fabulous hash browns with deep fried potato chunks and raising their prices 25-30%, I only eat here a few times a yr.

Larry Langlais

Old Fashioned! Always a great food experience here

Eric Tigre

You know when you get tired of doing something you should really just quit what you're doing. EJ's continues its descent in bad happy hour and bar service and product. Give it up and move on. Read more

You have to get the cloud cakes . It's as simple as that. And coffee cake if they're not sold out. Always good.

Eric Tigre

Wednesday is veggie-friendly -- stop in early in the morning before 11 AM and check the special board: today's poblano chile and egg veggie scramble with a cheese-potato cake was very good.

Megan Ford

Everything

Michelle D.

HH menu also from 9 to close. Not a bad little burger .

Paul (p2) Peterson

They have them meals (ex. Brazil, New Orleans) I love all the food. The service can be pretty lame actually and I'm not sure why. The food and atmosphere make up for the poor service.

Andy Wood

Their weekday $5 breakfast menu is hard to beat. I usually get the Montana Parfait or the Trailer Park Benedict. Plus their coffee is good and strong.

The Seattle Times

Blurring the line between breakfast and lunch , "Blunch" satisfies all kinds of a.m. cravings up until 3 p.m. daily, offering oatmeal and granola ; migas and huevos rancheros . Read more

Good brunch spot , but be prepared for waiting on the weekends

Scott Fornwall

A true jewel. Superb service and even better food!

Anthony Mason

The fried chicken is great. Try the specials!

Almus

Amazing biscuits !

Lynn Morton

Great food, with good prices. Definitely not diner prices, but definitely better than diner quality. Read more

Potato Fratato is killer for breakfast . With toast and fruit its a great start to the day.

Eric Tigre

Sure, I enjoy a great offer like anyone, but at EJ's their breakfast Not So Early Bird Specials and Happy Hour sounds good, but not when served cold, burnt or with attitude. Just cut it from menu. Read more

Bring extra $$ cause they raised the prices of mostly everything on the menu by 8-10%. $4 for a side of bacon ? For reals? It's truly a bummer.

Luna Flesher

I love this place. I come here any chance on the rare times I'm in West Seattle. Try the onion rings , omg they're the best.

Paul (p2) Peterson

Good food, great location. Sometimes service can be slow.

Spencer Stark

2 cups of coffee = $5.20. No free refills on coffee ?? C'mon. Other than that... Excellent!

Katherine Carnagey

Try the buttermilk fried chicken

Carla AS

Fried chicken dinner on sunday is the best!

Stefanie Castillo

Took a little bit of time to be greeted. I've been sitting here for about six minutes and I still haven't been greeted by my server.

Katherine Carnagey

Try the Jamaican Jerk Pork Chops

Lisa Dawson

Wish JP a shitty day!

Rebecca Mosley

Order bread pudding (new orleans) before dinner . Takes 30 mins to cook.

Kate Perry

Wednesday is half-price bottles of wine with their awesome token program

Kayan Hargreaves

Waitresses are nice, but didn't love their pancakes & syrup was weak. Biscuits & gravy are ok, but I've had better. Same with bacon .

Ham Brownie

Paul Giamatti's doppelgänger waits tables here. Seriously. The resembance is uncanny.

Jesse

cloud cakes are what you crave.

Brian Rice

Real hash browns . French toast is outta control.

Andrew Perez

Dont order salt with your bloody Mary . No bueno.

George Huff
