Best breakfast buffet in the area. Everything is locally-sourced, fresh, and delicious. The granola bars are really good. I especially appreciate the option of three different waffles .

The food is good and hot and the people/service here make the difference! Buffet has good (and healthy) selections and you can also order from the main menu. My "go to" breakfast stop in Bellevue.

Everything! Especially the tiramisu pancakes , and the salmon lox bagel . They have an excellent Bloody Mary bar on the weekends.

Bit pricey when with family, but the quality of the (buffet ) food is very good, including the freshly baked omelet and waffle options.

Overpriced, but good. The Alaskan Dungeness Crab & Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict were pretty good.

Eggs benedict yolks were hard. French toast was dry and covered in a mush of "caramelized " oranges . Fried potatoes were not seasoned or crunchy. Save yourself and skip this joint.

Hyatt Hotel Bellevue 2층에 있는 Breakfast 레스토랑. 비싸기 때문에 분위기나 음식은 깔끔하다. 아침에 손님 숫자 보다 일하는 직원이 작아서 응대가 느린 것이 단점. 아침 부페는 $25 (여기에 tax가 추가된다). 단품으로 음식을 주문할 수도 있다.
