Historic Main Street

A neat historical place with some really cool shops and restaurants . We love going during Christmas for the lights, “Christmas traditions” and Los Posadas.

Great place to spend a day shopping, learning, and eating! Slow traffic and easy to navigate on foot. Lots of historical buildings and quirky shops. We love it!

St. Charles is a magical place to visit during the holiday season , meet Santas from all over the world, eat chestnuts roasted on an open fire , browse through decorated shops and enjoy the architecture

I like this street a lot more when they have wine tasting and holiday events . It has such a romantic old-fashioned nostalgic quality during those times.

My wife and I walked around checking out the little shops and stopping at a few of the bars to have a drink or two. Great spot.

I can't say enough about how great this local treasure is. My wife and I recently had a conversation that if we ever moved away, we'd miss this area the most.

After Thanksgiving go to Main Street and walk around. They have Christmas characters walking around and roasted chestnuts . Give in to the cliche that is Christmas !
