Cheese is expensive here. Veggies and Frits are the best! Sales on Flaxseed Oil sometimes, but check dates!
The organic fruit is usually great. Don't get any cereal or bread here....unless you roll organic bread . The cereal is NOT cheap .

The organic garnet yams are of way better quality than those you'll find at Soopers, and cheaper than the ones at Whole Foods.

Make sure you double check your burrito before you eat it. Sometimes the veggie & sausage labels get mixed up.
Sucks since merge. They've stopped carrying lots of products & increased prices. Who wants to buy bulk food out of tubs? No one. Its gross. What was once my #1 store is now my never again store.
