The clients here are a little older than the LA Fitness in Royal Oak. They also treat the equipment better and keep their eyes focused on their own workout.
Free and clear in the mornings - make the extra effort and get there before work. Come lift with the Die hards, Seniors and me lol
This place is great but it gets packed around 5PM. If you really want to get a good workout in and not be there for hours, head in around 9-10pm.

Much less crowded than RO location. Southfield best location for least crowded .
Men will stare at you while you work out.. And there are never any treadmills open.

Mondays are crazy busy. If you get there by 4:30 you can usually hve your pick of machines

Gym is clean , showers hot and sana is great, well maintained place.
Will never go to this location on a weekday after work. All the equipments taken and classes are full. What a waste of my time.
Weekend kids club is only open 8-12
Bring your headphones and an FM tuner to listen to the T.V. during cardio !
