I use fox frequently and they make their money on the add-ons, but as long as you make sure there is nothing on the invoice that you don't want to pay for when you first rent the car then they're good

Great deals when reserving online, but be sure to rent an intermediate or larger to ensure you get cruise control.. this chain's smaller cars tend to be very sparsely equipped.

I definitely had a good experience. Got a free upgrade without asking. One of the least expensive places to rent from.

Not deceptive IF YOU READ THE TERMS! Always a deal here and great customer service.

They give you a flyer that says if you don't return it in clean condition they'll charge you $75. I think they just mean for smoking. It doesn't mean you have to wash the car.

Definatly deceptive about the deposit , and the cars were faulty as well .

They have a couple of good customer service reps...but they always seem to be under staffed, hidden prices and SLOW.!!!

400 deposit for debit cards, and I believe it is 300 for credit cars. Talk about deceptive pricing. And horrible customer service reviews. Avoid.
