First, they did not issue an official receipt and second,I was overcharged. The service was for a regular wax. The one who did the waxing (Bea) was nice the people in the reception area are not.

Morning weekends here is slow. They have one person attending to clients and two people in the reception area doing nothing but tsismis. It's as efficient as manila's traffic situation. ????

I confess that I only come here when Laybare is full. While the work is ok, the 2 ladies by the reception are always shouting & having loud conversations. It's just unprofessional.

I have to admit that the service is nice but the staff are not that proffessional. The receptionist seems to be tired of her work. I've already told the owner about this last year. No improvement.

They shape brows better than other salons.

No improvement from the last time I was here, the same lady/boy on the picture I posted last time is still singing out loud , SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Looks like management doesn't care about their customers

Look for Len. Mabigat yung kamay but she's good in shaping the brows and she's not maingay.

Brow Bar is now called Brow Lounge.

Service is done very well .

I would have forgiven the non-issuing receipt part but for overcharging me for a regular service, this deserves to be reported to the BIR. ????????????

Staff is playing non-stop! Ang kept on singing on top of her lungs with matching voice modulation. Tsk tsk! Hindi na nahiya sa mga customer.
