Great buffets and plenty of choice. Food is fresh, especially sashimi . Discounted if you are resident at Hyatt Regency. Must try if you stay at the hotel .

Dessert was the highlight for the buffet . Seafood was in general good except for the mussels .
Try Hainan Chicken . One of the best in Hong Kong.

Prefer lunch buffet , rather than dinner . Exactly same dishes but @ 3/5 price!! Overall rating: okay but not worth to come again....

Fluffiest pancake ever! Chose the fruity combo - a good alternative to chocolate syrup. The takeaway line is much shorter than the dine-in one. Might as well get a takeaway and eat somewhere else! - Alice Chui
