This Best Buy had changed A LOT since I was last here. There was a music room where my dad would go and sample the guitars in their sound booths while we browsed around.

This store has a huge cd and Dvd section. Any music cd you want ia here. Lots of great movies too.

Once you arrive you will be greeted with an employee to help you

One of the few area Best Buys that has a music center. Good spot to find mics for podcasting, etc.

The friendlier you are to the staff the more willing they are to help with your problems.

Wow.. The guy took the battery out, drained any power from the pc, put the battery on n the pc worked!!

The line to speak to the best buy mobile reps is painfully slow.

The mobile department staff are not good and have never done anything right. Go to the cherry hill store a lot better customer service and helpful.
