I've had some surprisingly good customer service at this Staples. Manager is very helpful. I did an exchange of a Christmas present in Feb. and it went very well .
Pretty good prices and customer service. Close to our biz too, so that is a bonus.:)
Have to agree with Ted, albeit belatedly. Have come to this Staples a handful of times over past 5+ years and always have had good service .
