Sashimi Fusion

My wife and I stopped in for dinner and it exceeded our expectations. The sushi was tasty and fresh and the hibachi chicken delicious and cooked just right. This will definitely be a place we return.

Top rated Japanese restaurant in Jax's. Not just by me but the local media. Sushi is excellent. They have a nice selection of Japanese beers and a full bar . The inside is cool with a neon light theme.

Great service! Once you're inside, you forget that you're in a strip mall

I always get the Bento box with salmon . Hot sake was spot on. Service was excellent. Love all of the beautiful lights everywhere!

The Tuna Tataki was the perfect set up for the Shrimp Yaki Udon .

Nothing is consistent. Even the staff . We came three times and the sushi was ill prepared, waitresses weren’t knowledgeable of the menu at all, spilled drinks, soup , and dropped our sushi plate.

Sashimi regular was good

Udon noodles were soggy. Not very flavorful either.

We ordered sushi/sashimi and it took forever. And wasn't very appetizing . :(
