Innovative concept, the Max Hotel has affordable design rooms with basic amenities . A nice floor for breakfast (automatic machines) e lounging , completely automatized booking-check-in-check out.

Good location, close to the shopping areas and metro/tram stations. Beautiful rooms with simple and functional design at affordable prices . Overall, a great choice.

All designed to work w/o human: auto checkin/out, machines that sell everything, auto luggage storage. BUT - it all dont work! Everybody asks for help at reception and finally it takes twice time!)

Location is great. Hotel doesn't take cash, so one most have the credit card. Also, the prices are so much different from one day to another. 1st day I paid 60€ 3rd day 100€. It all right choice.

self service hotel , minimum amenities & comfort. stayed here for its location. walking distance to central train station . internet is free at the lounge . overall its an ok experience.

WiFi costs 5€/day. If it is not working in your room - let them know and they'll fix it with screwdriver ))) Finally it works))

The air condition is not working.We are freezing in the middle of the winter!They have no solution!Also had credit card problem with the check in machine.Such a disappointment even though good commets

It's too cold in the room

Um dos melhores/mais baratos hotéis que ficamos na Europa. A uma quadra do metro (Russier), carrefour , fnac, etc. Muitas lojinhas abertas até as 4 da madruga. Hotel clean, moderno e bonito. Recomendo

Hotel simples, quartos confortáveis, boa cama , chuveiro excelente( duas opções de ducha ). Ótimo custo beneficio além da localização ser boa, pois fica próximo a shoppings , Carrefour e estação de metrô

Muy buena relación calidad - precio. Habitaciones sencillas pero cómodas y limpias. Muy bien situado para conocer Bruselas sin apenas necesitar transporte.

Хороший бюджетный отель рядом с северным вокзалом Брюсселя.Регистрация заезда самостоятельная.Wi-Fi платный-5 евро за сутки.Завтрак не предусмотрен!Eсть автоматы по продаже многих нужных вещей.

Нету стойки регистрации, все делается через автомат и тебе выдаётся ключ) отель как будто бездушный) на одну ночь норм)большой номер , чисто.
