Dallas North Aquarium

When I first found this place I was excited because of the variety and friendly staff .. But after several visits and alot of money spent I had some issues with my aquarium .

To my own researching anytime nitrates are visible a water change is necessary. So I was able to save my own fish . So buyer beware associates are not trained to help you take care of your new pets .

When the associate owned up to the drink Johnathon asked if the associate valued their job. Proceeded to repremand the associate right there in front of other peers and customers. No class here at all

Way better than going to a PetSmart or Petco. They actually know their stuff here.

After all the time I have spent in this store and money spent I have never been offered cell number for after hour care who am I chopped liver ? Is my money not as good as someone else's

There are more fish in the sea than this place and associates deserve someone better to work for. If I could score a zero that is what i would give .

Today was the worst day of all. Johnathon the owner proceeded to take a customer he had been helping and took him from the back of the line to immediate checkout and offered customer personal cell

But after checking out Johnathon went behind the counter and asked who he needed to fire today. Said he hoped it wasn't a newbie. Johnathon then asked whose drink was behind the counter

this is the best aquarium store in the DFW

They do free water tests

When an associate asked Johnathon what to do He acted as though he was being bothered and told associate to tell me to do nothing. Aquarium was high in nitrates.

This is not how you treat customers or employees and after 35 years in retail management I was appalled and embarrassed to be called a customer here but after today that no longer will be

Recently bought my third fish tank from this place . Poor customer service and support . People that come to to maintain fish tanks are not well trained . GM of the store gas poor commmuication skills.

Anyone who shops here after this supports Johnathon behavior which is no way to run a business . Good luck staff

associates paid commission not trained to care about your pets just sell so buyer beware
