This neighborhood favorite at the fork in the road serves perfect meat-and-two-veg standards, like their pan-roasted chicken with green beans . The batter-dipped french fries are justifiably famous.

Been coming here since the 1980s, and I don’t believe I’ve ever had a disappointing visit. They have a good menu with a little bit of everything.

Chicken fried steak is solid! All the carb heavy sides are good, all the other sides could use some work. Love that they do normal menu along with the brunch menu .

They have an excellent brunch menu and unlimited refills on coffee . The migas and blueberry pancake were great!

the Pork and Mac was AMAZING! savory Mac and cheese and slow-cooked pork with sweet pickled peppers and cilantro -- don't think twice, definitely order it.

The biscuits and gravy was wonderful! Can't go wrong with chicken & waffles and $3 Bloody Marys during brunch .

This is a sort of southern comfort restaurant . Delicious, and great for family or other out of town guests that prefer to avoid hipsters and trendiness .

The Thanksgiving dinner was delicious. Though we had to wait just a little over an hour it was worth it. The service was great! ????

Great crab cakes and Sonora salad ! Good spot for a casual dinner with friends or family, and watch the giant fork out front as it changes with seasons/holidays a few times a year!

Chicken fried chicken is really moist and juicy. Wish you got more gravy for the potatoes . Everyone raves about the Mac and cheese but it was just ok.

The service is great and so are the brunch drink specials . Try the chicken and waffles .

Onion rings are huge and they have a great dipping sauce to go with it

French fries are super delicious, make sure to order something that comes with french fries . Tiramisu cake is below the average, don't waste your money on it.

Brunch menu is decadent. Very good, but portions are massive. $3 brunch cocktails work!

The pork and mac is really good! I recommend trying it. The peach pudding is the BEST.
