In the heart of Time Square, this is a cool spot that oozes with class . Elsie's an incredible place for appetizers , great views & cocktails served by handsome bartenders makin it a double eye candy !
Came here on a Thursday night and 98% of the seating was reserved . So think about making a reservation unless you want to stand.
It’s a beautiful space and lovely for a good time with friends, or a date—as long as you’re not a certain color or weight.
The views are beautiful and so is the decor, conveniently next to my office , however a tad pretentious for my taste. I wouldn’t come to midtown on a weekend for this place
