We do our everyday grocery shopping here. Usually order online rather than come into the shop though. Cheaper than City Super for daily stuff.
Find the natural mango juice if you can. Nongfu water is the best one keep in mind. Also I saw a woman as cashier who speaks fluent english, totally shocked, you can never guess that she does.
U can buy all necessary home amenity and food. 親指広場 is pretty good place.
Make sure you bring a 1rmb coin if you'd need to use a cart
