Great hotel , sketchy neighborhood , beds are super comfy and people are nice. Only complaint is a/c has to be on 65 for it to feel cool in room.

This hotel is awesome! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Not much around, but the hotel offers everything you could possibly need.

Pasta Buffet M-F is pretty good. $11. The service isn't the best and the line can be long. Excuse yourself past those waiting to be called for pasta and have a salad first.

Spacious rooms very clean . Enjoyed a lot the staff at the lobby. Pizzas from the room service are great!

Walls are paper thin, you can hear every noise the next room makes or the room above you and what's happening in the hallway. Beds are comfortable and staff is friendly . Food at Vino is decent

Shuttle comes every 30 minutes. Very nice employees all around. Had a wonderful check in experience with Shae at the front desk.

Huge hotel , quiet and comfortable . Relaxing sun deck and pool area .

The hotel shuttle from the airport takes forever, and only picks up every half-hour. Don't be surprised if they just drive by the pick up location because the shuttle is full.

Rudy, the gentleman that does the shoe shine and repair is one amazing guy. Take the time to talk with him!!

For some chow, Ichibon serves great sushi . It's < 5 minutes walk out of the southern entrance to the hotel lobby.

Large, nice hotel conveniently located near the airport .

Jimmy, the concierge clerk is an awesome an helpful person. If you need help, the concierge station is right at the front entrance for your convenience.

The bistro has a good make-your-own pasta bar (with salad bar and soup included) for lunch .

Hotel takes FOREVER to pick up at the airport . Sketchy neighborhood . Next to Greenpoint Mall but locals call it Gunpoint if that's any indication.

The staff are great here always welcomed and very kind.

Update! AVOID this place. Someone tried to rob a co-worker walking from the mall to the hotel . Security guard unconcerned and says it happens all the time. My company has pulled out of there.

This is a very nice hotel . The rooms are huge.

Airport shuttle service is as bad as reported and I wouldn't wonder around this neighborhood at night

Odd that they play a wide 70's pop music repertoire in the lobby and elevators .

Great looking hotel but the cellular service leaves MUCH to be desired.

Executive floor (16th) has awesome vaulted ceilings and a great view .
