when I used to live on Ash&10th I'd always look forward to laundry day, done next door, because it was a good excuse to go in here and check out the hard to find graphic novels that only they stocked!
If you show up and its around the time we should be opening, we probably are late. I'd go grab lunch or coffee or art supplies or get pierced and come back. The BRB sign is different. We'll be back!
This place is awesome. I was in town visiting, and of the three comics stores I went to, this was the best! Really friendly and helpful staff and great selection of collectibles in addition to comics .
I love this place, it's easily my favorite comic shop . When I buy something I usually head next door to Cartel for a coffee , and the combination is truly elegant.
