The broth is clear (vs stronger flavour in 永康牛肉麵). You can choose sliced noodles or thin noodles . Also note the difference between 牛肉麵 (the one w beef ) and 牛肉湯麵 (the one w/o beef , soup only, in pic)
Beef with tomatoes soup is sweet and abit sour! So refreshing!! Must try too :)
Good alternate if you can't a seat in the famous beef noodle shop nearby. Their 番茄牛肉麵 is good.
It's probably one of my fav noodle place in Taipei city . Try the 刀削麵！

地元でも人気の刀削麵屋さん。麺 はかなりもっ ちりしていて小麦 感満点。一番人気はトマト 牛肉麺 (蕃茄牛肉麺 ) だが炸醤麺 もお薦め。麺類 は大 / 小と 2 種類あるが、大は結構多めなので注意。
蕃茄牛肉麵（細麵，小碗$150），湯頭清爽，但牛肉沒有滷得很入味，可能我比較習慣吃紅燒口味的牛肉麵吧！
우육면 면발이 아주 쫄깃하고 국물 이 제대로 진함
トマト 牛肉 麵が美味しかった！細麵も気になる…。あと、小でも多いよ（笑）
