Excellent view from the 19th floor . It’s so nice to have cocktails up there overlooking the city . it’s classy the staff is professional polite courteous the rooms are very comfortable . Always clean

We got a good Hotwire deal to stay here once. Really nice old hotel . Even if you aren't staying there, go to the bar on the top floor. Swanky , with a great view .

Spacious rooms with high ceilings . Location of the hotel is great.

It’s an old architectural hotel and is beautiful in that regard. The room and queen beds (futon) I stayed in needed update.

sales reps manning the floor they are able to spend quality time with each customer. Before each sale is complete the sale rep ensures the phone and all the features “walk out working”.
