I've been here once, but I love it! The food here is authentic , and the servers will speak to you in Mandarin/Cantonese if you're comfortable in those languages. On the pricier side, but well worth.
Delicious, authentic Sichuan food . My go-to is the dan dan noodles , but plenty of other incredible dishes. Be mindful of the Sichuan peppercorns , though. It'll numb your mouth. 😉
Delicious, authentic Szechuan food . House spicy anything is probably a good bet. The House Spicy fish was wonderful. The lunch special was a great value with egg roll , soup , and green beans included
One of the very few authentic Chinese restaurants in the Twin Cities . Of all the Tea Houses this is my favorite.
I come from mainland of China, this restraunt is most tradition Chinese testy in twin-cities. Highly recommend.
Super nice staff food is amazing and the lady thay runs the place is beautiful
Food is spicy and mouth watering....just fabulous. I would recommend their spicy chicken wings ....a twisted delight!
The atmosphere is really nice, it's a beautiful restaurant and the food is really good
The hot and sour soup ($3) + shanghai scallion pancake ($5) make for the perfect lunch ! C:
Located in the parking lot of the Days Hotel on University the Tea House offers fresh Chinese cuisine while you are visiting Minneapolis!
The kung pao chicken is amazing, and Monday's are the best day to come in!!!!!
The service is great. And make sure you try out the booths with the curtains/ "kissing booths "
Sezchuan fishes . Garlic chicken .
The kissing booths really add to the atmosphere, especially if you are on a date!
Soup (pork ) dumplings are amazing. Bite the top off and suck the soup out. Mmmmm.
Good Sichuan food , but many dishes are needlessly heavy on the oil.
Try the sesame chicken .
Beautiful interior ; not nearly as good as the one near Battle Creek. If you want quality Americanized Chinese food than this is your place.
My absolute favorite Chinese place ! Try the sweet & sour chicken !
Tip in cash if possible, the house takes 2% of credit card tips.
Try the Chung King Spicy Chicken !
It says they open at 10:30 but nothing is even ready until 11 at least because the staff isn't given time to prep before they are made to arrive at the time of "open" which results in long wait times.
Lunch rice bowls are great - highly recommend the General Tao's Chicken
Try the House Beef Noodle Soup . YUM! :-)
The only place in Southeast that serves yellow drank
Skip the soups , crazy oily.
Anything Szechuan is awesome.
If you want a good burn, order the spicy beef .
Follow the tip from Shai, she's always right.
Try the dan dan noodles .
Szechuan noodle is so bland. Don't order it.
Meals are a bit pricey and a. little too oily. The interior design is excellent though.
(not actually a tea house)

None of the staff acknowledge my table. Terrible customer service.
Over priced and the food is not all that great. I've had better
Dim sum brunch 非常可口,來Minneapolis的朋友可以試試,每週六日10:30-02:30!
Really good crispy shrimp with lemon sauce! Great menu with lots of variety. - Abby Anderson Jones
bbq pork bun, ham n egg bun, curry-beef bun, bbq combo over rice, and the best shrimp wonton soup in town. - Mon Phadungath
