When the sun is out & tide is near & sea is calm , sit on one of the benches & look out. Listen to yourself breathe. Do this for 3 minutes, ignoring everything else around you. This is Serenity.
Perfect setting for run along sea front path or sand. Views out to howth and dun laoghaire on clear day or night.
Great for walking the dog, going for a jog, or just admiring the views .
Scenic view on the bay area. The sand is sturdy enough to walk/run on. You'll find gym machines at a spot, free to use :)
Lovely place to stroll and reflect, don't get in the water though! Too near the port , water isn't clean enough.... Be careful on the boulders between path and sand, spotted rats :(
