Bolsa burrito ! It's pork belly with enough acidity. Flavor is reminiscent of 'sisig ' (a Filipino dish).
If you like pork bellies , ask for the Bolsa Plate. Its not on the menu , but ask for it anyway.
If they have their ceviche on the menu, get it! it's delish! :-)
