I'm a bit stunned by the negative comments about this Best Buy. By far, the best employee I've ever encountered in a store is Robert (nickname "Squid ."

He even remembered who I was 3 weeks after my purchase. This was after Geek Squad tech support completely failed me. Squid is amazing and provided me with the Best Buy service I've ever had.

in the computer department. He helped me purchase my latest laptop, and I found him to be extraordinarly knowledgeable and passionate about his area of expertise.

And I received the best service both during the purchase and after where he spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me helping solve a problem.

Their DVD and cd selection has been going down hill . If you really need something, check one of the places in the mall . They have a better selection.

They really know their stuff but management is purely bullshit. A lot of stockers in the back are bitchy assholes.

buy at your own risk! they told me they dont do returns after 3 days and carried my broken TV back to the car.

If your looking for a TV , blu-ray player or movie , this is the place to go. If you want anything else, go somewhere else.

I was looking to replace my XBOX 360. Sales person pretending to know what he was talking about. These people ARE NOT KNOWLEDGABLE. Buy elsewhere.

The worst of the BB stores around Pittsburgh. Unhelpful, rude staff , and the store is a mess. Good luck ever trying to find a Blu in this place.
