Burrito bowl is the way to go! Their chicken seems to be consistently the best meat there...

Everyone was so nice today, they have new soft taco corn tortillas . Haven't tried them yet, maybe next visit. I was in and out quickly, our order was correct.

Always order ahead of time online. This is the slowest Chipotle in Columbus. Waited in a 10-15 person line for over 20 minutes, and it's always busy! Nice people, just need to pick up the pace

Warning! Their fax number has changed and they don't have the new number on the website or on the forms. And if you can't get anyone to answer the phone to confirm receipt it's your problem.

I had killer stomach problems as did my girl friend and her daughter. They should have this chain closed down.

Worst chipotle ever. There is no reason that the line should ever be a 30+ min wait. The fact that the cashier can walk away when the line is out the door says something. Ordering online is no better.

This Chipotle has brown rice ! Really exciting if you're trying to make it a little healthier.

This is a new location. Line is always long and they are running out of food alot. Hope it gets better.

Better to order online/app so you don't have to wait in line .

Teenaged staff is sullen and otherwise occupied. Cashier checked her phone while I was paying for my order. AND they were out of lettuce. SERIOUSLY? The daytime staff is way better.

Enough with the teenage staff . Customer service has seriously suffered.

The service here is truly laughable. I witnessed the "cooks" mess up 2 people's orders in line .

There is one girl worker who seriously needs to clean out her ears... Had to repeat myself 6 times that I wanted extra meat...

This place sucks! They need to lower their spit shield so they can actually hear people...or turn their music down! Be prepared to repeat yourself about 10 times throughout your order.

I went there 3 times and they ran out of steak twice just before I was ready to order.

the girl doing the tortillas was very loud and offensive..

They cook their steak medRARE & never have meat stocked. I was not offered a drink or any compensation for waiting. After waiting 15 I left. Manager no help

The slowest Chipotle on the freakin planet!

Slow service and out of many ingredients tonight. I'll stick with the Chipotle on 256 in. Reynoldsburg

They need to fill the dressing containers @ least half way. Waste of $$.
