Customer service is bad, nobody who works there is friendly or helpful at all, which from my experience is not typical for any other Best Buy. Avoid if possible.

Horrible shopping experience. Check out line long. 1 cashier needed manager for something & called him 4 times before he came . I bought 3 gifts & wanted indiv gift receipts. They couldn't do it!!
