Fenelon Place Elevator Company

Built in 1893, ride this historic funicular railway 189 feet up the bluff for a view of the Mississippi River and 3 states : Iowa, Wisconsin , and Illinois.

This was cool we didn't end up going on the train we arrived after a tour bus arrived there but staff were friendly and the views were beautiful!

$3 for roundtrip, beautiful views of Iowa, Wisconsin and Mississippi River . The elevator can carry 8 people at a time
