No one greets you like at Bartell's. And a lot of times no one is available to help you either. But I do like that they have a Rediclinic that is like urgent care; easy to get into.
The pharmacy here is terrible! No matter how many hours I give them to fill a prescription after my doctor calls it in, it is NEVER ready when I show up. I'll be finding a new pharmacy .
Associates should be more available! Ringing a stupid bell won't help much.
Terrible customer service, pharmacist lied about my prescription , she was rude and condescending, said they can't fill it after I got a text saying it was ready. Completely horrible experience.
