This place is so good! Small size banh mi is $35 and more than enough. The garlic bread ($8) is also super tasty ! It's a take out restaurant , no seating.
Ignore the hype. This $74 sandwich will only impress someone who’s never had a proper Banh mi . Whatever Tim Kee did ten years ago that made his shop famous, he’s not doing anymore.
Tiny shop that doesn't look like much, but the banh mi here is one of the best! Definitely recommended!

Super tasty bhan mi sandwiches . Ask for normal spicy which still has a good kick to it.

The banh mi is a must-order. Have it spicy if you can tolerate the heat.

Although the broth is quite greasy, pho is fairly decent and cheap too. Much better than the Parkes location - Hkling
Kids playground up on the roof is really good. Big outside area with something for all ages. There's four separate climbing frames to suit different ages/abilities. Your kids will absolutely love it. - Matt Ta-Min
