Even though it’s at the most touristic spot in Copenhagen Hummer (Lobster ) is a good restaurant . And they definitely know how to treat a lobster right: everything that has it in it is recommended.
Have the set menu (including the wine ) & let them surprise you - totally worth it! Also, they accommodated a good allergy for me without issue.
Lobster in every dish. Snacks include rice chips with lobster mayonnaise salad 35kk and baby unripe peaches with smoked macadamias 45kk. So good. Mains were small in portion but big on flavor 200kk
