Their produce is better and sometimes even cheaper than hartman's. Good local treats selection. Really hard to find staff in here for help, even though they're friendly

Loads of gluten free goodies available here! And barley bread and rye bread from grainfields bakery are delivered on Wednesdays.
A weak comparison to the Wellington Herb & Spice, but about as good as it gets for variety in organic produce on Bank St in Centretown.
It's very dusty .. and some of the produce is very expensive . But i guess it's the only shop of this type downtown so it'll do.

Some of the best produce in town, lots is seasonal & regional. For baking, top quality vanilla extract & vanilla bean paste is a couple bucks cheaper here than across the street at Bagel Shop. - Amy Karlin
