Service has improved since I posted a tip dated September 2016. The staff has beaten energy gap and now smile more often.
chrysanthemum tea the best plus the asado siopao ???? heavenly for me.
Most of the staff members are youthful but they lack energy and enthusiasm in serving. They do not seem to exude happiness.
